Our General Terms and Conditions

Working with us

We strive to provide quality services and work to satisfy our client’s needs. We have written our Terms and Conditions in plain English to make them clear and easy to read and we have used “we” and “us” for ilume International Limited and “you” for the Client. Any services or related work we provide to or for you will be provided on the basis of these terms and conditions. The term “services” as used in these terms and conditions cover, but are not limited to, Executive Coaching, Team Development, Personal Branding, Outplacement, Coach Training and Psychometric Testing.

Provision of Services

We will provide our services to you in accordance with the timeframes agreed by us or, if no timeframe is agreed, then within a reasonable time.

Our Obligations

We will provide our services to you with reasonable care and skill. We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that the services provided are reliable at all times.

Payment Terms

All of our services are administered as a program with investment details set out clearly in the program proposal. Payment is due as follows; 50%payable upon acceptance of the program proposal and the balance due at the midpoint of the program.These terms and conditions form a part of each proposal.
Upon acceptance of a program, you will receive an invoice for payment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the service is not guaranteed until payment is received in full by the due date. If full payment is not received by the due date we reserve the right to offer the time allocated to the service to another client.
Accommodation and transportation costs are invoiced separately by prior arrangement with you.
All fees are exclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations/Non-Attendance/Rescheduling

We understand that some circumstances can lend themselves to rescheduling or cancelling a session,  and we know that you will understand that as a  profitable business who coaches success, we must adhere to a cancellation policy that is both fair and equitable for our clients and our business.
If you choose to cancel or reschedule an Executive Coaching, Personal Branding or Outplacement session less than 48 hours before the start of that session, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be available.
If you choose to cancel or reschedule a Team Development service less than two (2) weeks, and before one (1) week, from the start of the service, 50% of the agreed fee will refunded. If you choose to cancel the service less then one (1) week from the start of the service, no refund will be available.
If you choose to cancel a Psychometric Testing service once an online or paper assessment has been completed or ordered, no refund will be available. If you choose to cancel the Psychometric Testing feedback service less than 48 hours before the start of the session, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be available.

Confidential Information

All personal information which we receive from you prior to, or at any of our coaching services (other than information which at the time of receipt was known to the public), will be kept confidential by us and we will not, whether before or after completion of the coaching program, without your approval in writing, disclose, publish or make known to any person other than our employees or consultants such information unless the same is known or has become known to the public otherwise than through us or unless such disclosure is required by law.
We will exercise due caution in our selection of employees and consultants to whom we will make disclosure of such information and will acquaint them with the confidential nature of the information.

Dispute Resolution

If there is any dispute between us in relation to our services, then we and you agree to make every effort to resolve the dispute by mutual negotiation, mediation or conciliation.

ICC Coach Training Program Terms and Conditions

We have written our Terms and Conditions in plain English to make them clear and easy to read and we have used “we” and “us” for ilume International Limited and “you” for the Participant. Any services or related work we provide to or for you will be provided on the basis of these terms and conditions. The term “services” as used in these terms and conditions cover all activities associated with the ICC Coach Training Program.

Provision of Services

We will provide our services to you in accordance with the timeframes agreed by us or, if no timeframe is agreed, then within a reasonable time.

Our Obligations

We will provide our services to you with reasonable care and skill. We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that the services provided are reliable at all times.

Payment Terms

Once you register for our service, you will receive an invoice for payment for the full amount of the program cost. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, your allocation on the training program is not guaranteed until this payment is received in full by the due date. If payment is not received by the due date we reserve the right to offer your allocation to another client.
Accommodation and transportation costs are the responsibility of the Participant.
All fees are exclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your attendance on the training program more than eight (8) weeks before the start of the program, fees paid will be refunded less an administration fee of $500.00 plus GST to cover preparation and planning for the program.
If you choose to cancel your attendance on the training program between eight (8) and four (4) weeks before the start of the program, 50% of the fees paid will be refunded.
If you choose to cancel your attendance less than four (4) weeks before the start of the program, there will be no refund available.
A requirement of registration is a screening interview with two ICC Coach Trainers. If you then decide to withdraw on the basis of the screening interview, your fees will be refunded in full.

Postponement

Attendance at the training program can be postponed up to one (1) year following the original allotment start date and is subject to the following notice periods.
If you choose to postpone your attendance on the training program more than eight (8) weeks before the start of the program, fees paid will be held in trust less an administration fee of $500.00 plus GST. Subsequently, you will be invoiced for the balance of the program cost plus $500.00 plus GST payable before the commencement of the training program.
If you choose to postpone your attendance on the training program between eight (8) and four (4) weeks before the start of the program, 50% of the fees paid will be forfeited and the remaining 50% will be held in trust. Subsequently, you will be invoiced for the balance of 50% of the fee payable before the commencement of the training program.
If you do not attend a training program within the one (1) year postponement period your attendance will be forfeited and no refund will be available.

Certification Matters

Non-attendance to a coaching program can have a serious impact on the viability of our programs and may preclude others from attending. It may also result in lost opportunities for others and the loss of income for us. Each Client is entitled to be absent for one (1) day upon giving reasonable notification, absenteeism of two (2) days or more will result in immediate disqualification from the coach training with no refund available.
The decision about the attainment, or not, of the qualifications required by the International Coaching Community (ICC) and, consequently, the qualification, or not, to receive the certification, is a decision to be taken by the trainers who teach the course, and their decision is considered as final. Non-certification does not entitle a Participant to a refund.
